I am Hala Kassab, ICF ACC Certified Executive Coach.
Before coaching leaders, I was one. For over 25 years, I held senior management positions in the banking sector. I led teams navigating difficult decisions, high-pressure environments, and responsibilities often carried in silence.
Then I left everything behind: Lebanon, the comfort of the familiar, to rebuild my life in France.
The path wasn't easy. It was marked by doubt, rediscovered clarity, and profound transformation, the kind that made me who I am today.
This experience, both human and professional, I now put in service of managers and leaders who want to assert their leadership and create lasting impact. Not to give them ready-made answers but to help them find their own.
I coach my clients in French, English and Arabic, because everyone deserves to grow in the language where they feel fully themselves.
